THE HUFF BEING SUED FOR STEALING HUFFINGTON POST IDEA

IS THAT REALLY POSSIBLE?

examiner.com

The Gawker is reporting that Ariana Huffington, owner of the Huffington Post along with her business partner, Ken Lerer are being sued by two political consultants claiming Arianna stole the idea of the Huffington Post from them.

As reported by The Gawker, James Boyce and Peter Daou, two Democratic consultants, claim that after the 2004 elections, they both met with Huffington and Lerer, to discuss a memo that Boyce sent Huffington, outlining a website where "political luminaries and public figures should be invited to blog." (Some of the floated names for the site include "The Stassinopoulos Report" and "Arianna's on Fire")  The consultants claim there was a handshake at the end of the meeting and Huffington and Lerer supposedly said that "It will be great to work together."

Gossip Pearls wishes these two yo-yo's luck in court trying to prove this. It ain't going to work.

Arianna Huffington is a wealthy woman and respected in the media. She will win this case. Besides they can't prove that there was ever any "verbal agreement".

It's their word against Arianna's.

Hey Guys, You Loose!
