Well by the look of that dress, you absolutely have to believe, I mean, why wouldn't you.
Judge Keith Schwartz who sounds just as tired of La LiLo as we are said: "You are no different than anyone else, so please don't push your luck," saying the felony charge carried more severe punishment than her previous offenses.
Let's hope he really means business and doesn't get star struck like everyone else in Los Angeles.
Already on probation for a 2007 drunk driving and cocaine possession offense, if convicted of the current charge, she would also be in violation of probation, which would mean even more jail time for the troubled actress.
The actress became well known for her work as an 11-year-old in the Disney movie "The Parent Trap" and went on to have hits with "Freaky Friday" and "Herbie Fully Loaded".
Her problems with drugs and alcohol, and her run-ins with the law have prevented the once promising actress from reviving her career.
This young woman needs to go away for about a year, get some deep psychiatric counseling and substance abuse treatment. She also needs a support system she can trust, which she, obvioulsy, doesn't have right now; otherwise, she wouldn't be in the position she is in today.
