Mariah Carey's representative, Cindi Berger, confirmed the births of the singer's twins to The Associated Press. The singing superstar gave birth Saturday at 12:07 p.m. EDT at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles. Berger says the baby girl was born first, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 18 inches long; her brother was next, at 5 pounds 6 ounces, and was 19 inches.
The babies were born on the couple's third wedding anniversary. Great! That takes care of all the parties in one day.
The new members of the Carey/Cannon household have not been named.
Carey announced her pregnancy in October but it seems like she was pregnant for two years; one year for each child.
Congratulations to the happy couple!
